About Kind: Kind is a new-age, design-driven preschool brand built on the philosophy that every child is one-of-a-kind. We are reimagining early education in India — blending empathy, intelligence, and design to create spaces and learning experiences that nurture individuality from the very start. ⸻ Role Overview: We’re looking for fresh, sharp, and curious minds to join the Founder’s Office at Kind. This role sits at the intersection of market research, user understanding, and business strategy — designed for someone who can think, ask, listen, and act.
