Role Overview – Designer at Kind At Kind , we believe every child is unique and deserves a nurturing environment that inspires learning, creativity, and growth. As we build our brand and our first schools, design will play a central role in shaping how parents, children, and communities experience Kind . We’re looking for a multi-disciplinary Designer who can bring coherence across our visual identity, digital presence, and physical spaces. This role blends creativity with strategy—spanning brand identity, website and social media, marketing campaigns, and even architectural/interior design support. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure Kind’s essence is consistently and beautifully expressed. Responsibilities Website & Digital Presence Design, update, and optimize our website for usability, clarity, and parent engagement. Ensure responsive, accessible design across all devices. Brand Identity Define and refine Kind’s visual identity (colour palette, typography, templates, iconography). Apply branding consistently across presentations, brochures, social media, and campaigns. Creative & Marketing Assets Create decks, infographics, case study layouts, and event materials. Design on-brand visuals for social media, newsletters, and local outreach campaigns. Support content creation with engaging posts, graphics, and visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Collaboration Work with the leadership team to design investor and parent-facing materials. Partner with operations to create internal dashboards, reports, and training visuals. Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution and community events. Architecture & Interior Design (Good to Have) Support the design of Kind’s school spaces—classrooms, reception, play areas, and interiors. Translate Kind’s philosophy into warm, functional, and inspiring spaces. Develop layouts, mood boards, and visualisations in collaboration with architects and vendors. Requirements Strong portfolio in brand development and web/digital design. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience designing for B2C audiences, ideally in education, lifestyle, or community-focused sectors. Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear, visually compelling assets. Experience with responsive website design (WordPress, Webflow, or similar). Strong eye for detail, consistency, and storytelling through design. Nice to Have Architecture or interior design experience for educational or community spaces. Marketing and social media handling experience, particularly Instagram and Facebook. Motion graphics or short video editing skills (for reels, demos, or campaigns). Familiarity with early childhood education, SaaS for education, or brand design in people-focused industries.
