The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the product development lifecycle by coordinating between support, engineering, and product teams. Roles Responsibilities Support Coordination : Attend Support Swarm Calls and ensure all support requests requiring engineering intervention have corresponding JIRA tickets created and properly documented.
