Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and Boolean searches.
Screen resumes and conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and job specifications.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters on sourcing techniques and best practices.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
8+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in sourcing for various technologies and IT roles.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.).
Strong understanding of US visa types and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
