Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across diverse IT skill sets
Manage the complete recruitment process including requirement intake, shortlisting, interviews, and offer negotiation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and technical teams
Utilize job boards, social platforms, and networking channels to attract top talent
Ensure compliance with Canadian hiring standards, tax terms, and documentation
Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver timely updates to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

2 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably focused on the Canadian market
Strong understanding of Canadian tax terms such as T4, Inc, and other engagement models
Proven experience working with direct clients and implementation partners
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
