Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling to establish relationships and generate exclusive job requirements. (At-least 200+ Calls / Week) Target Achievement: Secure a minimum of 5 qualified job requirements per week. Account Expansion: Expand into additional accounts by securing referrals from existing Points of Contact (POCs) and their colleagues. Meeting Coordination (US): Schedule meetings between the Managing Partner and POCs in the US. Meeting Coordination (India): Organize meetings with POCs in India, involving yourself and your reporting manager. Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and interactions. Performance Reporting: Prepare and present Weekly Business Review (WBR) reports. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to align expectations. Candidate Management: Act as a liaison between the candidate and the client from the point of shortlisting until project completion.
