Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager cum Business Development Manager to manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and acquire new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, consultative selling, and business development within the U.S. market. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver exceptional client satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preferred candidates who are currently, recently, or previously associated with Accenture or Deloitte clients, and possess more than 5 years of experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients (Accenture or Deloitte), ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet business objectives. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Business Development:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in target markets. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Prepare regular reports on account performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in account management and business development in the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, negotiation, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
