Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (W2) Onsite Company: ComTec IT Services Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office Only About the Role ComTec IT Services is actively hiring Senior US IT Recruiters with a strong background in W2 hiring for the US IT staffing industry. This is a full-time onsite position requiring prior experience in handling direct client requirements . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based W2 positions. Work closely with direct clients to understand job requirements. Source, screen, and evaluate candidates based on job specifications. Ensure timely submissions and meet hiring targets. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Required Qualifications 6 to 12 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2 focus is mandatory). Proven ability to work on direct client requirements independently. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Strong understanding of US employment types , tax terms, and market trends. Ability to work night shifts (aligned to US time zones). Must be available to join within 12 weeks .
