Job Title: Documentation Executive Location: SOLIZE, Bangalore Job Type: 6 Months Fixed Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Executive to support the finance team in documentation and quality-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting and organizing information from the engineering department, preparing reports and presentations, and ensuring adherence to documentation standards, procedures, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Support the finance team in maintaining high-quality documentation standards. Collect and consolidate data from the Engineering Head and other stakeholders. Draft and maintain procedures, manuals, and policy documents. Create and format reports and presentations using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Assist in implementing and maintaining information security protocols. Track and follow up on documentation reviews and updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience in procedure writing and formatting technical documentation is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities Responsible for handling Engineering (Machinery industries) /IT requirements from Fortune 100+ clients across the US and Canada. Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and offer closure for assigned requisitions. Expert in using job portals like Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Zip recruiter etc. to source potential candidates to work for end clients. Should be able to communicate to US Citizens/Green Cards/TN Visas. Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions. Must be having the capability to work with a team or individually. Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto. Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore teams. Understand the tax terminologies like W2/1099/Corp to Corp and benefits like 401k plan that are related to our US Consulting business, should also know the visa processes flow for immigration visa (H1B) and related visa (F1 etc.,). Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate pay rate, relocation, coordinate client interviews and work with the Account Managers to close the position. Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidates follow-up and status updates on a regular basis. Should have the zeal to learn & grow abiding with the organizational objective. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience for US clients. Automotive recruitment experience preferred.
