Role & responsibilities 1. Account Executive (Engineering & Construction) (Job Opening - 1) Roles & Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain books of accounts. Prepare project-wise cost statements, MIS reports, and cash flow . Verify vendor bills, & advance recovery . Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash . Revise and update drawings as per architectural drawing or site conditions . Support in detailing, and documentation . Coordinate with site teams for drawing clarifications and approvals . Skills : Vendor management, procurement, facility & asset handling. Strong organizational, documentation & coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office, record keeping . Attributes : Proactive, multitasker, reliable, with strong communication skills. 3. HR Executive Preferred Candidate Profile Education : MBA / PGDM. Experience : 4-12 years in HR operations and Executive . Skills : Recruitment, onboarding, payroll & attendance management. Knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity & compliance . Employee engagement, grievance handling, HR policy implementation. Attributes : People-oriented, confidential, approachable, strong coordination & problem-solving ability. 4. Design Engineer Preferred Candidate Profile Education & Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech in Civil / Structural Engineering (M.Tech in Structural preferred). Strong knowledge of IS Codes, IRC, NBC, ACI, or Euro Codes . Additional certification in Design Software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD) is an advantage. Experience 4-12 years of experience in structural design, analysis, and detailing . Prior exposure to high-rise buildings, industrial structures, bridges, or infrastructure projects . Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, reinforcement detailing, and construction drawings . 5. Draughtsman Engineer Preferred Candidate Profile Education & Qualifications Diploma / ITI in Civil / Draftsman . Certification in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/design software preferred. Basic knowledge of IS codes and construction standards is an added advantage. Experience 4-12 years of experience as a Draughtsman in structural / civil / architectural projects . Hands-on experience in preparing GA drawings, reinforcement detailing, fabrication drawings, and BOQs .
