Roles and Responsibilities Inward & Outward Management DC (Delivery Challan) Preparation POD (Proof of Delivery) Uploading in the system Mail Communications with clients and internal teams Daily Stock Report Preparation in Excel/ODDO ERP Dispatch Management Data Handling & Reporting: Perform accurate and efficient data entry operations using Excel and ODDO ERP. Prepare reports from raw data with attention to detail and accuracy. Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all entries and reports. Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or issues in data and reporting. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) Knowledge of ODDO ERP or similar systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication skills (email drafting & coordination). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
