Role: SR US Technical Recruiters

Location: Hyderabad

Technical Recruiter with Strong Communication Skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing:

    • Proactively source and identify highly skilled candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized job boards.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
    • Collaborate with Account managers to create detailed job descriptions and define recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Screening:

    • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience.
    • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, highlighting their strengths, and addressing potential gaps.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Promote the company as an employer of choice by maintaining a strong online presence and fostering positive candidate experiences.
  • Data and Reporting:

    • Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, etc.) and provide regular updates to leadership.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruiting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment or technology-driven industry.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with proven success hiring for technical roles such as

      Software engineers, Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, data scientists, DevOps Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Technical Project/Program and Program Managers and all IT Professional requirements

  • Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry-specific terminology.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
    • Experience recruiting for specialized technical roles or in-demand technologies (e.g., AI, ML, cloud computing, Engineering).
    • Familiarity with employment laws, visa processes, and hiring regulations in relevant geographies.
