Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer - ReactJS (Banking/Lending Domain) Work Location: Domlur, Bengaluru 560008 Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite typically Tuesday & Thursday; subject to change) Shift Timing: 2:00/3:00 PM 10:00/11:00 PM IST About the Role One of our clients is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with strong ReactJS expertise to join their technology team focused on rewriting and modernizing enterprise-level applications for the Banking/Lending industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in front-end transformation—migrating from Knockout JS to React JS—while collaborating closely with architects, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable and secure web applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the front-end rewrite of legacy applications using ReactJS , replacing KnockoutJS. Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level web applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture and solution design. Ensure secure coding practices and front-end application compliance with enterprise security standards. Integrate front-end solutions with APIs (backend will remain unchanged). Proactively engage in technical discussions, raise design/architecture-related queries, and contribute to key decisions. Utilize Azure for deployment, configuration, or basic operational knowledge (no deep Azure DevOps required). Maintain and build upon existing libraries, ensuring high performance and maintainability. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of experience in software development with significant exposure to ReactJS and .NET-based applications . Strong background in the Banking/Lending domain or other financial industries. Proven experience in developing enterprise-level, heavy front-end web applications . Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous data handling. Hands-on experience in migrating applications from older JS frameworks to ReactJS. Job Title: Configuration Specialist Position Type: Full-Time Location: Domlur, Bengaluru 560008 Primary Skills: Configuration & Testing of Decision Logic; Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills; Collaboration & Agile Communication. Description: We are seeking a Configuration Specialist to join the IQ Decision Engine (IQDE) team. This role is responsible for configuring and testing underwriting policies within a loan underwriting system. The ideal candidate should have experience translating business requirements into system configurations, working with web-based applications, and performing both manual and automated quality assurance testing. The Configuration Specialist will work as part of an Agile team and must possess strong analytical and communication skills. This individual will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and testing user stories in close collaboration with Risk Analysts and other Agile team members. Key Responsibilities: Develop subject matter expertise in underwriting decision trees and related configurations. Collaborate with Agile team members to understand requirements and provide estimates for configuration and testing. Build and maintain configuration logic in the Decision Engine based on user stories and business needs. Create and execute test cases to validate configurations, ensuring output meets expectations. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements. Provide production support and perform root cause analysis as needed. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Required Qualifications: Strong ability to interpret abstract business requirements and translate them into user stories . Experience with underwriting policies is highly preferred. Familiarity with testing system configurations and web applications . Working knowledge of flow charts and process documentation . Excellent analytical, problem-solving , and interpersonal skills . Demonstrated ability to learn business processes and contribute as a key team member. Ability to conduct detailed issue investigations and root cause analyses , including reviewing decision journals . Proficiency in writing and modifying basic SQL queries . Knowledge of JavaScript for use in configuration logic is a plus. Prior experience as a junior developer or technical analyst is beneficial.
