Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated US Trainee Recruiters to join our Pune team. Description: We are seeking a Configuration Specialist to join the IQ Decision Engine (IQDE) team. This role is responsible for configuring and testing underwriting policies within a loan underwriting system. The ideal candidate should have experience translating business requirements into system configurations, working with web-based applications, and performing both manual and automated quality assurance testing. The Configuration Specialist will work as part of an Agile team and must possess strong analytical and communication skills. This individual will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and testing user stories in close collaboration with Risk Analysts and other Agile team members. Key Responsibilities: Develop subject matter expertise in underwriting decision trees and related configurations. Collaborate with Agile team members to understand requirements and provide estimates for configuration and testing. Build and maintain configuration logic in the Decision Engine based on user stories and business needs. Create and execute test cases to validate configurations, ensuring output meets expectations. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements. Provide production support and perform root cause analysis as needed. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
