Job Title: US Non-IT Recruiter (Onsite CST Shift) Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad Work Mode: Onsite Only (No Work from Home or Remote) Shift: CST Time Zone Transport: No Cab Facility Provided Job Description: We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter with a strong background in the engineering labor sector . The ideal candidate should have at least 70% of their recruitment experience in this domain , with hands-on expertise in W2 hiring and a solid understanding of the US staffing process. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for roles in the engineering labor sector . Source, screen, and evaluate W2 candidates to meet client requirements. Maintain effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Meet daily and weekly hiring goals in a high-volume recruiting environment. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment, with a focus on the engineering labor sector . Proven experience with W2 recruitment . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Willingness to work onsite at our Hitech City office during CST business hours . No work from home or remote options; cab facility is not provided .
