About the Role:

high-performing IT Recruiter

  • This is a

    hands-on, fast-paced role

    requiring someone who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and can handle end-to-end recruitment with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for

    IT and technology-based positions

    across domains (e.g., CRM, ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, Infrastructure, Development, Testing, Security, etc.)
  • Utilize

    modern sourcing platforms and tools

    (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, referrals, etc.) and apply

    creative shortcuts and advanced search techniques

    to find top talent.
  • Build and maintain a

    strong candidate network

    across various technologies and industries.
  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    – from requirement understanding, sourcing, screening, scheduling, negotiating, and closing offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to

    understand critical roles and deliver qualified profiles

    within short turnaround times.
  • Maintain a healthy

    pipeline of active and passive candidates

    for recurring skill sets.
  • Handle

    salary negotiations, counteroffers, and offer management

    tactfully to ensure successful closures.
  • Manage multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously with

    speed and accuracy

    .
  • Ensure an excellent

    candidate experience

    throughout the recruitment process.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of proven experience

    in end-to-end IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Strong understanding of

    varied technology skill sets

    — ability to quickly grasp new domains and terminologies.
  • Hands-on experience using

    modern sourcing tools and Boolean search techniques

    .
  • Excellent

    industry network and contacts

    for proactive talent hunting.
  • Track record of

    closing multiple IT positions

    under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent

    communication and negotiation skills

    – both verbal and written.
  • Resilient, smart, and adaptable

    to handle stressful hiring scenarios and changing priorities.
  • Self-driven with a

    strong sense of ownership and accountability

    for closures.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for

    niche and hard-to-fill IT roles

  • Exposure to

    contract staffing or project-based hiring

    .
  • Familiarity with

    ATS tools, recruitment metrics, and reporting
