Job Overview

As an HR IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for IT positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding Requirements:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gather and comprehend the requirements for IT positions.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the technical skills, experience, and cultural fit required for each role.
  • Sourcing and Attraction:
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to source potential candidates.
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Screening and Evaluation:
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical assessments and evaluations as needed.
  • Interview Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance to both parties throughout the interview process.
  • Collect and communicate feedback to relevant stakeholders.
  • Offer Management:
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and fair compensation packages.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and organizational culture.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Compliance and Diversity:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with IT technologies and understanding of technical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
