As an F&O Finance Functional Lead/Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering impactful ERP projects. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in driving finance-related modules within Dynamics 365 F&O, facilitating enterprise-wide digital transformation for clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you will be instrumental in implementing, optimizing, and supporting D365 F&O Finance processes. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, analyzing business processes, and designing solutions aligned with industry best practices. You will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions for various financial processes, ensuring successful implementation within specified timelines. Moreover, you will provide expert-level guidance on business process re-engineering to help clients optimize workflows and align finance processes with global best practices. Staying abreast of Microsoft Dynamics 365 product capabilities and features will be essential to incorporate them into client projects effectively. As a mentor to junior consultants, you will uphold high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in full life-cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, with a specialization in Finance modules. Strong expertise in business process re-engineering, comprehensive knowledge of ERP implementation principles, and practical finance experience are key requirements. Industry-specific experience in Manufacturing, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Supply Chain industries will be advantageous. Qualifications ideally include a CA or MBA in Finance, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related disciplines. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, coupled with proven experience in business process re-engineering and full implementation life cycles of D365 F&O Finance-related modules, are desired. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
