F&O Retail Techno functional

As a F&O Retail Techno Functional specialist with over 7 years of experience, your primary role will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers in Retail-specific D365 F&O implementations. This will involve configuring the Retail module in D365 F&O to align with business requirements, covering areas such as POS, store setup, loyalty programs, pricing, promotions, and inventory. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions adhere to best practices and are delivered within the specified timelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing training, documentation, and support to end-users during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase and at the time of go-live. Post-implementation, you will manage change requests and extend support for ongoing operations as necessary. Your expertise should also cover configuring CSUs, database groups, data replication, etc., and integrating F&O with other applications like Infor, Magento, etc. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 F&O. - Proficiency in the Retail module of Dynamics 365, encompassing Store operations, Store commerce, MPOS/CPOS, pricing, loyalty, etc. - Demonstrated experience in at least 4 full-cycle implementations of D365 F&O Retail.,
