The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Solar Project Sales and a strong passion for renewable energy. As a Solar Project Head, he will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing solar project sales order and deliver results . Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of project sales Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients in the solar industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar industry. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with design team, project engineers to develop technical solutions for customers. Work with legal and finance teams to develop project proposals and contracts. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management. Attend trade shows and industry exhibitions to promote the company's solar business. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and innovations. Preferred candidate profile At least 12 years of experience in Head of solar project sales of a company and have reputed installation capabilities in C&I segment .
