Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for domestic and APAC regions.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Work closely with regional field sales teams to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Provide timely quotes, product information, and follow-up to drive deal closure.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams to tailor campaigns and solutions for specific regional needs.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in domestic and APAC markets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably with exposure to the APAC region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Familiarity with APAC market dynamics, customer behavior, and business practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional APAC languages a plus).
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Flexibility to accommodate different time zones, as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in SaaS / IT / B2B industries.
• Multilingual capability, especially in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other APAC languages.
• Understanding of export processes, pricing strategies, and logistics for APAC countries.
