Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Specialist role based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying client needs, pitching relevant solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
• Strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing exceptional Customer Service
• Daily 100 Connected outgoing call.
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to addressing customer needs
• Experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
