Job Description

We are a fast-growing digital marketing startup looking for an aggressive, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to handle lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions for both B2B and B2C clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Pitch digital marketing & website services to business owners and individual clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and support the closing process.
  • Meet monthly lead, meeting, and revenue targets.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication & persuasion skills.
  • Experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation (B2B or B2C).
  • Understanding of digital marketing services is a plus.
  • Target-oriented, persistent, and proactive.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Salary

  • ₹2.0 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA (Fixed)
  • Attractive incentives: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000/month based on performance.
