Digital Marketing Manager

AdWebX is a fast-growing digital marketing startup looking for an aggressive, hands-on digital marketing manager who is ready to build, lead, and scale campaigns from day one. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & optimize performance-driven digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media).
• Develop ROI-focused strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Build and manage a small digital marketing team as the company grows.
• Lead SEO strategy, content planning, keyword research & on-page/off-page optimization.
• Oversee social media content calendars, creatives, brand messaging & engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools & AI-based automation solutions.
• Take ownership of client communication, project execution & deadlines.
• Contribute ideas for innovation, service improvement, and business growth.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing & Analytics
• Hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Strong content and marketing communication skills
• Leadership mindset with team-handling ability
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
• Hunger to grow with a startup and take responsibility proactively
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation & AI tools is a plus
