Role Summary The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company's complete digital marketing ecosystem to drive brand visibility, lead generation, franchise enquiries, and sales support. This is a strategic + execution leadership role , requiring strong hands-on expertise, agency coordination skills, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy & Planning Develop and execute annual and quarterly digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals (sales, branding, franchise growth). Build channel-wise plans for SEO, SEM, social media, Performance Ads, Email, Website, and Content Marketing . Define KPIs, budgets, ROI benchmarks, and campaign calendars. 2. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Drive high-quality B2B & B2C leads for windows, doors, facade projects, and franchise opportunities. Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and attribution models. 3. Website & SEO Management Own the company website(s) and landing pages (CMS-based). Work with developers and agencies to improve UI/UX, page speed, SEO health, and conversion rates . Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities with measurable ranking improvements. 4. Brand & Content Management Define digital brand guidelines in coordination with branding agencies. Supervise creation of content assets : creatives, videos, reels, blogs, case studies, brochures, and presentations. Ensure consistency of brand voice across all digital touchpoints. 5. Social Media & Community Building Plan and oversee social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. Build engagement with architects, builders, channel partners, and end customers. Track engagement metrics and brand sentiment. 6. Agency & Vendor Management Act as the single point of contact for digital marketing, branding, SEO, and performance agencies. Review agency outputs, ensure SLA adherence, and control costs. Evaluate new tools, platforms, and partners. 7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, CRM dashboards . Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for management. Continuously optimize campaigns using insights and A/B testing. 8. Internal Coordination Work closely with Sales, Franchise Development, HR, and Product teams . Align digital campaigns with on-ground sales activities, exhibitions, and launches. Support hiring, employer branding, and internal communication campaigns. Job Title: Stores & Purchase Executive Department Production / Operations Reporting To Factory Manager / Operations Head Location Production Unit: Talad (Olpad-Jahangirpura Road, Surat) Employment Type Full-time | On-roll Job Purpose The Stores & Purchase Executive will be responsible for end-to-end management of raw material inventory, finished goods stock, inward and outward movements, and purchase coordination , ensuring accurate stock records, timely procurement, and uninterrupted production operations . Key Responsibilities A. Raw Material Inventory Management Maintain daily stock records of raw materials (aluminium sections, hardware, glass, accessories, consumables, etc.). Ensure proper inward entry , verification against purchase orders and delivery challans. Monitor minimum stock levels (MSL) and raise purchase requisitions on time. Coordinate with production team to ensure material availability as per production plans. B. Finished Goods & Dispatch Stock Maintain records of finished goods stock , WIP (Work-in-Progress), and dispatch-ready items. Ensure proper tagging, stacking, and identification of finished goods. Coordinate with logistics / dispatch team for timely outward movement . Maintain outward registers and delivery challan records. C. Purchase & Vendor Coordination Prepare purchase requisitions (PR) based on stock levels and production requirements. Coordinate with approved vendors for price inquiries, quotations, and delivery timelines . Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery and quality compliance. Assist accounts team with GRN, invoice matching, and vendor documentation . D. Documentation & System Entries Maintain stock registers, inward and outward registers, GRN files, and purchase records . Update inventory in ERP / Excel / accounting software accurately. Support audits by maintaining clear, traceable inventory documentation . E. Stock Control & Loss Prevention Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory. Conduct periodic physical stock verification (weekly/monthly). Report shortages, damages, or variances to management. Ensure safe storage and basic housekeeping of stores area. F. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Production, Accounts, Sales, and Dispatch teams . Provide real-time stock status to management. Support production planning with accurate material availability data.
