Role Description & Responsibilities: We are hiring for a full-time Inside Sales Specialist position at Mohali location. The role involves outbound calls, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Making new clients, selling / upselling our extensive services, maintaining customer satisfaction with effective communication and providing top-notch customer service.

Qualifications:

•  Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
•  Strong communication and customer service aptitude
•  Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach
•  Experience in the Logistics industry is preffered
•  Bachelor's degree is required

Desired qualifications : Inside sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal orientation, and familiarity with CRM software.
