Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Pune. The Sales Head for inside sales -Responsible for leading the Inside sales business, managing the internal sales -team, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and relationship management to drive inside sales processes from concluding the business to smooth payments. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring commercial clients for interior design services through communication with the team and client.
  • Follow up for the inquiries and manage the leads to drive the inside sales team for effective follow-up and understand client’s requirements
  • Collaborate with design teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations that meet client needs.
  • Manage client relationships, oversee project coordination, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts with service providers and close deals, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
  • Ensure stage wise payments form all the clients and follow-up with team for the outstanding control.
  • Guide and mentor the internal sales team, set and monitor targets, and improve sales administration processes.
  • Interaction and correspondence with the clients to handle bottlenecks issues and conflict management.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
  • Previous sales or customer relations experience is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous
  • Experience in sales or related technical roles preferred. Min. Experience in 5 years
  • Salary : As Per Interview Up to 6 LPA
