Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Officer, you will engage prospects through calls, chat, and email to explain healthcare services ethically and clearly. This role emphasizes trust-based selling, structured follow-ups, and CRM-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound & inbound engagement (calls, chat, email) Consultative explanation of healthcare services
• Follow-ups and closures with compliance
• Accurate CRM updates and coordination
• Achieve daily/monthly activity and conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred) Basic CRM and computer proficiency
• Prior telecalling/inside sales experience preferred
• Willingness to work rotational shifts
