Business Development Manager – Solution Sales Location: Pune- On Site Experience: 5–10 years Industry: IT / Software Solutions / SaaS / Enterprise Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our Solution Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in consultative selling, client acquisition, and revenue growth in IT or technology-driven environments. This role requires strong business acumen, client relationship skills, and the ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities for technology/solution-based offerings (SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, etc.) Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, including negotiation and contract finalization Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and client satisfaction Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred) 5–10 years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or enterprise software domains Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies Proven success in closing high-value deals and meeting revenue targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience in managing enterprise-level clients and C-suite engagements Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Preferred Skills: Experience in selling digital transformation, cloud, AI/ML, or software development solutions Existing client network or market access in specific industries (BFSI, healthcare, retail, etc.) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment Show more Show less
