Human Resource Head


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Build the complete HR ecosystem—processes, policies, culture—from scratch for a scalable dairy operation.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and vertical heads to align HR strategies with long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and lead manpower planning in accordance with our ambitious sales and distribution goals.


Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end hiring for sales (ASM, ASE), operations, logistics, and plant teams.
  • Design campus hiring programs and rural outreach strategies to attract and retain local talent.
  • Build recruitment metrics dashboards for real-time tracking of hiring timelines, offer-to-join ratios, etc.

Performance Management & Training

  • Implement incentive and variable pay models tailored to drive performance across sales and production teams.
  • Develop and deploy training programs focused on sales productivity, soft skills, compliance, and leadership.

Compliance & Industrial Relations

  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, wage standards, factory regulations, and ESI/PF provisions.
  • Manage external audits, maintain proper HR documentation, and oversee factory HR compliance protocols.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government bodies, labor unions (if any), and legal HR affairs.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Lead employee lifecycle management: onboarding, development, conflict resolution, and exit interviews.
  • Drive engagement initiatives including team events, rewards programs, internal communication campaigns.
  • Measure and improve employee satisfaction via pulse surveys and one-on-one connects.

HR Technology and MIS

  • Build a robust HRMS or ERP system to track attendance, payroll, and performance seamlessly.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports for management review on manpower costs, attrition, hiring performance.


Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute (mandatory).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in dairy, FMCG, agri-tech, manufacturing, or retail preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations, compliance frameworks, and rural/urban workforce dynamics.
  • Strong command over Hindi & English (local dialect fluency is a plus).
  • Must be willing to operate out of Aligarh (Head Office) with periodic field travel.
