Area Sales Manager – Aligarh | Daurau Farm Sahi
Location: Aligarh, Uttar PradeshIndustry: FMCG / DairyExperience: 3–7 Years (FMCG/Dairy Sales preferred)Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:Distributor Appointment:Identify and appoint new distributors across Aligarh to build a strong distribution network.Supplier Onboarding:Identify local suppliers operating under distributors and onboard them to support last-mile delivery and market reach.Retail Channel Development:Ensure placement of SKUs at retailer level and maintain visibility across all dairy product lines.Sales Volume Growth:Consistently drive primary and secondary sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.Territory Expansion & Beat Planning:Create and manage beat-wise execution plans to maximize market coverage and outlet penetration.Team Building & Leadership:Hire, train, and lead a team of Sales Executives and Field Officers to drive in-market performance.Sales Analysis & Reporting:Track distributor, supplier, and retail sales data to derive actionable insights for better decision-making.Competitor Mapping:Regularly assess competitor pricing, packaging, and placement; build strategic responses to capture market share.BTL Activations:Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, visibility drives, and in-market campaigns.
