Job Description: - We are hiring a ticketing trainee fresher .As a Ticketing trainee, you will be responsible for managing ticket sales and providing excellent customer service to event-goers or travellers. Your main tasks will include ticket sales, customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth ticketing process.. Responsibilities: Ticket Sales: Sell tickets through various channels, such as in-person, over the phone, or online. Inventory Management: Monitor ticket inventory levels, order new tickets as needed, and track numbering. Ticketing System: Operate ticketing software Amadeus (GDS) for transactions and reports. Reservations: Help customers make hotels reservations & choose specific dates and times if applicable Ticket Distribution: Ensure customers receive their tickets promptly, whether physical or electronic. Customer Service: Assist customers with ticket-related inquiries, address concerns, and provide event information. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior sales Executive to manage and issue international and domestic flight tickets for our Pathanamthitta serah travel and tours Pvt Ltd branch . The candidate must have hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and a strong understanding of fare rules and reissuance processes Key Responsibilities Drive B2C and B2B sales for travel services Use GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) efficiently Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, PNR management, and documentation Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries Convert leads into confirmed bookings Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the travel industry Proficient in GDS platforms (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, cancellation, refund, and reissue policies Proficiency in English and Malayalam (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 22/07/2025
