Job Description We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have must 1-2year of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in the travel and tours sector. You will be responsible for handling calls, explaining services, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer support. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain travel packages, services, and offers clearly. Handle customer queries and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads to ensure conversions. Maintain records of calls and customer interactions. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and [local language]. Ability to convince and build rapport with customers. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Target-driven and self-motivated
