Solid understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS platforms.
