Human Resources Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Indian Institute of Organics.

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR systems. They will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to employees, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) management
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits and personnel management
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and software
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
