Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

Are you passionate about digital strategy, creative campaigns, and data-driven marketing? Join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and take charge of our digital footprint!

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

- Plan and manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Manage SEO/SEM efforts to optimize organic traffic and paid advertising performance.

- Execute and monitor PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant channels.

- Analyze campaign performance using Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).

- Create compelling visual and written content for digital promotions.

- Monitor and maintain the brand's online reputation and presence.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask.

- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.

- Creative thinking with an eye for detail.
