Role Description

• Plan, execute, and manage

  digital marketing campaigns

  across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Lead

  social media strategy and execution

  : content planning, posting schedules, engagement, community management, and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate and contribute to

  content creation

  :
• Create marketing creatives.
• Track and analyze performance using web and campaign metrics (reach, CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions).
• Work with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Assist in SEO and website performance monitoring (basic on-page optimization, landing page improvements, GA insights).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and present clear performance insights and next steps.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years

  of proven experience in digital marketing and campaign execution.
• Comfortable with tools:

-Adobe Illustrator

-Adobe Photoshop

-Basic video editing

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read metrics and translate into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Web Analytics and Online Marketing tools to measure and optimize marketing efforts
• Ability to analyze trends in the automotive care industry and apply insights to marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content calendars, influencer collaborations, and UGC-style content.
