Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies and procedures, administering employee benefits, and handling personnel management tasks. Daily activities include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have

  3+ years of experience in US IT Recruiting

• Strong knowledge of

  US tax terms

  (W2, 1099, C2C),

  visa types

  (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, etc.)
• Experience handling

  end-to-end recruitment

  – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Ability to work with

  Bench Sales and Talent Acquisition teams

• Should have a good understanding of

  IT technologies and current market trends

• Must be familiar with

  Job Portals

  like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation skills

• Should be able to

  coordinate with clients and vendors

  when needed
• Experience in

  scheduling interviews

  , following up with candidates, and

  closing positions

• Flexible to work in

  EST or CST time zones
