Job Description

Manager – HR Operations

The ideal candidate must have handled HR operational activities independently and with the team.

Must Haves

Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and process ownership.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai.

Core HR Operations

Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, documentation, HRMS updates, and records administration.
Oversee attendance, leave management, confirmation process, separation process, and HR query resolution.
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in HR data, MIS reports, dashboards, and audit documentation.

Specialization

Candidate Must Excel in One of the following )

Payroll:
Salary inputs, reconciliations, statutory deductions, vendor coordination, and payroll accuracy.
PMS:
Performance review cycles, goal setting, calibration, dashboards, and communication.
Onboarding:
Offer release, pre-joining formalities, induction, and joining documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Running engagement programs, surveys, R&R, and culture-building activities.
HR Reporting & MIS:
Monthly dashboards, HR analytics, headcount reports, and metrics tracking.
Compliance & Audit:
Statutory adherence, HR audits, documentation checks, and closure of audit findings.

General Responsibilities

Ensure 100% compliance across HR processes and documentation.
Maintain strong coordination with business teams, finance, and external partners.
Drive process improvements and SOP creation for operational efficiency.
Support HR leadership with data, insights, and operational execution.
