Human Resources Operations Manager

As a part of ThunderX Laminates, your role will involve recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring end-to-end hiring procedures. You will utilize your expertise in Human Resources (HR) Operations and HR Policies to manage all aspects of HR functions effectively. Your proven skills in HR Management and Employee Relations will be essential in maintaining a positive work environment. It is crucial to have a strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance to ensure adherence to regulations. Your effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities will play a key role in resolving HR-related issues. Experience in employee engagement and performance management will be beneficial in fostering a productive team environment. A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required (Masters degree preferred). Strong computer proficiency, especially with HR systems and tools, will be necessary to streamline HR processes.
