Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite position for a Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee sales outreach, develop and execute sales strategies, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. They will lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets, provide insights on market trends, and represent the company in professional meetings and presentations. Collaboration with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients is also an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation.
• Ability to develop and execute Sales Strategies and Market Plans.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Sales Forecasting to set and achieve targets.
• Leadership and Team Management capabilities to motivate and guide sales professionals effectively.
• Familiarity with the decorative building material industry is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
• Proactive, result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru and travel for business as needed.
