Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers over phone and email, handling inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers. Experience in customer service and customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues. Proven ability in lead generation and sales to identify prospects and achieve targets. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
