Human Resources Operations Manager

As an HR Manager at the company, your role will involve managing various aspects of the employee life cycle and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Management: - Streamlining the onboarding process for new hires. - Creating and distributing offer letters, contracts, and other documentation. - Maintaining accurate employee records in the HRMS. - Coordinating pre-boarding activities like background checks and workstation setup. - Documentation & Compliance: - Ensuring proper storage and management of employee documents. - Monitoring and maintaining records for compliance with labor laws. - Preparing reports related to HR documentation and compliance audits. - Keeping updated on changes in laws affecting HR policies. - HR Audit & Process Improvement: - Conducting internal HR audits to ensure smooth processes and compliance. - Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements. - Collaborating with audit teams for periodic audits and inspections. - Implementing corrective actions to address audit findings. - Exit Management: - Managing the employee exit process, including conducting exit interviews. - Overseeing the issuance of experience and relieving letters. - Monitoring exit interview trends and providing retention recommendations. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in HR operations or similar roles. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in HRMS systems and MS Office Suite.,
