Job Description

Role Overview:

Counselor

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' skincare concerns, goals, and medical history.
  • Explain various aesthetic treatments, including benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.

Sales & Conversion:

  • Promote clinic services and products, meeting sales targets and contributing to clinic growth.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.

Post-Treatment Follow-up:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients post-treatment to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Provide guidance on post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.

Clinic Operations:

  • Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring efficient client flow.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including consultation notes and treatment history.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and hygiene standards.

Client Grievances:

  • Address client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor and manage inventory of skincare products and treatment supplies.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role within the aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare, Cosmetology, Business Administration).
  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
