*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement

- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives

- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution

- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and training programs

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve business outcomes

*Requirements:*

- 8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate or a related industry

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and recruitment processes

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
