Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic HR & Client Operations Manager to manage HR functions, client relationships, and overall operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal processes, exceptional client satisfaction, and a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and training programs.
Payroll, benefits administration, and policy compliance.
Conflict resolution, exit management, and career growth support.
Client Operations:
Act as primary client contact and coordinate project delivery.
Understand client requirements, resolve queries, and manage escalations.
Maintain contracts, documentation, and feedback loops.
Drive client retention, satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.
Operations & Team Leadership:
Strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
Budget/resource management, reporting, and quality assurance.
Task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and mentoring.
Foster a positive team culture and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field
Proven experience in HR, client servicing, and operations management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with HR, project management tools, and operational processes.
