Role Purpose:

Run day-to-day office operations with tight control. Ensure people, processes, and infrastructure function smoothly. Maintain a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace while driving efficiency across HR support/HR Processes, admin, and facility management.


Core Responsibilities:

Office Operations & Administration

• Oversee daily office functioning — housekeeping, office discipline, security, pantry, and admin coordination

• Vendor management — AMC contracts, facility services, procurement, cost control

• Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, IT peripherals, and operational assets

• Manage front desk operations, visitor management, meeting-room schedules

• Drive compliance for audits, safety checks, and documentation

• Implement SOPs for office functioning, asset movement, visitor management, and compliance

• Coordinate with IT for system allocation, access control, hardware planning

• Manage office renovations, repairs, shifting, and workspace optimization projects

Human Resources Support

• Manage onboarding: document verification, induction coordination, ID creation, workstation readiness

• Maintain employee records, letters, HR documentation, compliance files

• Grievance handling, disciplinary documentation, and policy implementation

• Support payroll inputs — attendance, late marks, manpower reporting


Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong grip on office operations and administration

• Solid understanding of HR processes and documentation standards

• Facility management expertise — vendors, infra, utilities, safety

• High ownership, disciplined execution, and zero-excuse attitude

• Strong communication, people management, and negotiation skills

• Ability to run a workplace like a controlled operating system — predictable, efficient, stable
