Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to manage and optimize our e-commerce logistics operations. The role involves handling end-to-end supply chain activities, including order fulfillment, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, and coordination with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Oversee the entire order processing cycle from warehousing to final delivery. Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order picking, packing, and dispatch processes. Coordinate with warehouse teams to maintain proper inventory levels for online sales. Cost Control & Budgeting: Prepare logistics budgets and control expenses to achieve cost efficiency. Analyze logistics data and generate reports for management on delivery performance, transportation costs, etc. Vendor & Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners, 3PL providers, and supply chain vendors. Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure favorable terms and high-quality service. Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order fulfillment, logistics KPIs, delivery success rates, etc. Analyze logistics data to recommend cost-saving measures and service improvements. Team Management: Supervise and guide logistics and warehouse staff to ensure targets are met. Key Skills Required: Knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations. Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and inventory management. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management abilities.
