Logistics Manager

As a Logistics Manager, your role involves overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain operations to ensure cost-effective and timely distribution of goods. You will be responsible for managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and last-mile delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and monitor logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain processes. - Manage vendor and third-party logistics relationships to ensure quality and performance standards. - Optimize routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines. - Oversee the timely dispatch, tracking, and delivery of goods. - Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations and laws. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock. - Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. - Lead and mentor the logistics team, ensuring performance and professional development. - Prepare and analyze logistics KPIs and reports for senior management. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - 5+ years of proven experience in logistics or supply chain management. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS). - Excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In this full-time role with a day shift schedule, you will be eligible for a yearly bonus. The expected start date for this in-person position is 16/06/2025, and the application deadline is 30/06/2025.
