As a Logistics Manager at Topline Lamination Pvt. Ltd., based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Plan, manage, and control end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, transportation, and delivery. - Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely movement of materials. - Ensure proper documentation such as LR, E-way Bill, Invoice, GRN, and POD. - Monitor freight cost, vehicle utilization, and delivery timelines. - Handle inbound and outbound logistics for raw material and finished goods. - Resolve dispatch delays, shortages, and transit issues efficiently. - Maintain logistics MIS and prepare reports for management. - Ensure compliance with GST, E-way Bill regulations, and company policies. Key Skills required for this role: - Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and dispatch planning. - Experience in transporter coordination and rate negotiation. - Proficiency in documentation and compliance procedures. - Basic understanding of Excel and MIS reporting. Qualifications & Experience: - Graduate/MBA/Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred. - Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in logistics, with a background in the manufacturing industry.
