Job Description

Location: Jaipur (Plant/Factory)
Department: Production / Machine Shop
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational / As per plant requirement

Role Purpose

To operate CNC/VMC machines safely and accurately to produce components as per drawing, quality standards, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC/VMC machines (turning/milling) as per job order.
Set tools, load program, and run production with minimal supervision.
Check components using vernier, micrometer, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Maintain machine cleanliness, basic maintenance, and daily checklists.
Follow safety instructions and ensure proper handling of tools and fixtures.
Coordinate with the production supervisor for daily targets.
Report any machine issues, tool wear, or quality deviations immediately.

Skills & Experience Required

1–5 years of experience in CNC/VMC operation (turning/milling).
Knowledge of CNC machine basics, tool offsets, and program loading.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings (preferred).
Hands-on experience with vernier, micrometer, height gauge, etc.
ITI/ Diploma (Fitter/Turner/Machinist) preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
