Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Recruitment

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave policies, and workforce planning

Salary & Payroll Management

• Handle monthly salary processing, payroll accuracy, and timely disbursements
• Coordinate with finance for payroll reconciliation and budgeting
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and handle salary structure updates, increments, and compensation reviews

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution
• Improve employee satisfaction through engagement activities and feedback systems
• Promote a positive workplace environment aligned with company values

Performance & Policy Management

• Lead performance review cycles, appraisals, and KPI tracking
• Develop, implement, and revise HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
• Ensure company compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and workforce planning
• Experience with policy development, HR compliance, and performance management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Experience in fostering employee engagement and maintaining a positive work culture
• Proficiency in HRMS platforms and talent management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus)
• Minimum 3
